We have been working since July 2019 on this podcast, which was scheduled to launch in March 2020. However, once the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we decided to pause. But through the last 4 months, there has been a call to action for mental health in a way that has not been witnessed to date, which sparked an idea to hand-select episodes that we feel are important to share, all of which were recorded pre-COVID or in the initial period when the pandemic set-in.
