Let nature center you and bring you back to your inner being.... I find that being with animals and being in nature allows me to re-prioritize what is important in this world and what we must focus our energy on. We get bombarded by so much clutter and negativity trying to force us into a panic state of being... to propel us into a fight state vs looking at finding the ways to create a better world thru kindness and compassion. .
