But for myself and those that have been doing the @daniellepeazermethod workouts not only do I look forward to exercising but I’m also getting results without having to kill myself in the process. I’m so grateful to you guys for motivating me to carry on and for sharing your progress and kind words with me in my DMs. I wanted to share how my body has changed over the last few months, my confidence has increased and I’m feeling mentally so good which was my main reason for moving my body in the first place.
