I couldn't put my head around the many illnesses that could easily be prevented or reversed by a change of diet. I started hosting free workshops on how to eat better, for over 28 years I have dedicated my life to making my community and beyond eat better and believe healthy living is not an elusive dream.⁣ ⁣ In the early 2000 while hosting free cooking workshops on how to make baby and toddler food, to fix another deficit. I found moms like me with 2-3 jobs in my workshops feeling guilty. In 2006 with 43k mamas in my ‘little workshop” I decided to equal the playing field for all mamas who didn’t have the time to make food for their children by founding my very 1st company #yummyspoonfuls , making food from scratch just like we all do in our home kitchens with zero preservatives. ⁣ ⁣ I am a mother of 3 amazing boys, my hubby and I have known each other since we were 9yrs old, married for 17yrs. I grew up in Nigeria/Cameroun. ⁣ I believe with all my heart that when we love our communities, we can eventually create a ripple effect of real love.⁣ ⁣ Here is a fun fact about me, I hosted my 1st dinner for my community in 1990, invited 50 people, rented plates, flatewares ets because I wanted it to be special, I have since opened my home to over 1000 people for a meal. ⁣ ⁣ I am so happy to share the mic with you Tammin, thank you for lifting my voice.” Guys, join me live on my IG stories at 3.30 PST as Agatha and I come together as mothers to talk about building and loving our communities.
