Keep Training on Olympic Day.
To celebrate Olympic Day we will be joining the world’s largest 24-hour digital Olympic workout. Three great skaters will join Olympians around the world on Instagram Live.
All three live workouts will be at 11 am local time in the athletes time zone except Italy.
