MY HERO! This man taught me at a very young age that my brown skin and curly hair are the most beautiful and to never let the racist kids at school convince me otherwise. He taught me to ignore the ignorant people who couldn’t stop staring when they saw this French and Russian man hand and hand with two black children. He is my dad and my mom.
