For Father’s Day weekend, we’re Mojo-marinating STEAK TACOS in a base that’s ~basically~ a cocktail without the ice...😅 Tip: If you make this with seafood or fish instead of steak, use silver tequila and only citrus zest in the marinade — then grill the citrus w the fish, and squeeze over before serving. *Adding citrus juice to the marinade would “cook” the fish a la ceviche...and we don’t want that 😉* #KeepCalmCookOn ——-
INGREDIENTS:

Skirt Steak
Steak Marinade: Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Tequila/Mezcal, Worcestershire, Chilis, Garlic, EVOO
