Everyday this happens, children, adults, they are cast out of roles because of the directors vision of what they want their cast to look like, except sometimes, those directors are their teachers. We need to all open our minds. Don't put a wall in front of our children, they already have enough of these to battle with, take the bricks down, they need to be able to see themselves anywhere, anyhow.
