@dietrich_watches Reveals the 50-piece Ltd. Edition TC-Pure With Unique Sterile Dial.
A collaboration between two vastly different designers has yielded an unadulterated take on the Dietrich “Time Companion” watch series. The TC-Pure is the result of brand founder Emmanuel Dietrich and Toronto based designer Matt Smith-Johnson’s mutual interest.
Having met in person in 2018, the pair began exchanging ideas in hopes of working together.
Matt was already a big fan of Emmanuel’s
work, having purchased the first edition of the Time-Companion just earlier that year. Emmanuel decided to have Matt push Dietrich outside its comfort zone by designing something he wouldn’t otherwise do for himself. The resulting TC-Pure certainly alters the mood of the
original Time Companion, with its “futurist- utilitarian” appeal.
However, the pure simplicity of the TC-Pure makes it an incredibly versatile watch for everyday wear, and a great companion for any occasion.
The TC-Pure is available in Stainless Steel and Black PVD for $2,000 USD, and limited to just 25 pieces for each color variant.
