Thank you to our community. We see you, we hear you and we stand with you.  We’ve taken a step back to pause, listen and reflect.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
We’ve begun to have important and difficult conversations internally on how we can address Anti-Black racism. We are committed to doing better.⁣⁣

Now, as we begin to post more regular content, we want you to know that we will continue to do the hard work to bring meaningful change to our organization. Some of these changes will be more apparent than others, such as diverse representation in our marketing, website and social channels.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Change is also a process, and although we may stumble along the way, we are committed to moving forward. As a first step, we are forming a diverse internal group to amplify Black and BIPOC voices within the company. We will also use this forum to ensure our approach is inclusive of all backgrounds, from all levels, and extends across multiple human rights issues.⁣⁣
