Racial inclusivity has been core to our DNA since M·A·C’s creation in 1984 and remains more integral to who we are now than ever before. ⁠⠀

Globally we are pledging 250,000 USD to non-profit organisations fighting injustice within the black community. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
In the UK, we are actively working on an action plan to ensure that we are not just making a positive change today, but every day.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
As a first step, we are devising a plan to support local organisations that promote racial equality and justice whilst furthering our support of charities we already work with. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
We are proud of our long legacy of working with black creators and commit to expanding our talent pool, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. This applies internally too and we are educating ourselves on ways we can do better for our society, colleagues and community. ⁠⠀

This is only the beginning.⁠⠀
Some of the actions will be immediate, others will take time, but we will ensure that all are lasting and impactful. We pledge to hold ourselves accountable, which builds on our long-standing commitment to inclusion and equality for ⁠⠀
