Maddie was playing pick up with a new team at the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP, which would make anyone nervous, but she stepped up there every time and did what she needed to do. NO STRIKE OUTS all weekend, but more importantly was her overall demeanor, and how much fun she was having just by the new mental approach she had, that kept her calm and confident on and off the field! I know we all get consumed with working on the skills we need, and that is also extremely important, but we have to remember to take care of our mental health as well, especially in our children, because the way they think carries over into every aspect of their lives, and we are so happy to be working with someone who can help our family stay in a healthy and productive mental state no matter what situation we may face!
