😋😋😋 Protein Zucchini Bread!

1/3 cup maple syrup
½ cup apple sauce (110g)
½ cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 ½ cups flour of choice (160g)
1 cup @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter protein powder (74g)
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ cup grated zucchini (300g)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a loaf pan with coconut oil cooking spray
2. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon)
3. In another bowl, whisk to combine maple syrup, apple sauce, milk, vanilla extract, and egg
4. Add dry ingredients to the bowl contain wet ingredients and mix until just combined
5. Fold in grated zucchini
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and no batter is visible when tested with a tooth pick 🙌🏽🎉💙 Soooo yummy!
