Earlier this week, Black members of i-D’s extended family, each a leader in their respective field, gathered for a frank conversation on a range of race-related subjects. Moderated by i-D Fashion Director Carlos Nazario and i-D Contributing Editor Paloma Elsesser, their discussion sought to express the nuances of what it means to be Black today, and highlight areas where action must be taken as we work toward a truly equitable future. In this second of three parts, the panelists are joined by musician Seun Kuti, and designers Telfar and Andre Walker, to discuss the concept of Black excellence, accountability, and solidarity.
