After months of hard work I am officially a National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT 🎉 3ヵ月難しいと大変勉強後NASM パーソナルトレーナー認定出来ました！💪🏻 (下日本語)

The saying goes “in the middle of difficulty lies opportunities.” At the very start of the pandemic I decided I wanted to be productive with my time and take advantage of not being able to skate or coach for several months and apply myself to something that I can use to better myself and the skating community. So I decided to enroll into the NASM-CPT program (most respected in the fitness and healthy industry) and after countless hours of studying and test taking I am officially a certified personal trainer.
From many years of skating and my interest in fitness and health I already had a good amount of knowledge but it was nice to not only confirm the knowledge I knew but learn so many new things about the body and how it functions, muscle imbalances and how to correct them and strengthen them to prevent injury.
I’m excited to apply this info to myself and the skaters I work with and the rest of the world via social media! Knowledge is power!
Lastly, shout out to @makuiniarisaba and for sparking my interest, and @ogow.ats @molivate @seanpthetrainer @movewithchar for help with studying and understanding things better!
パンデミックが始まった当初、私はスケートもコーチもできなかったので、多くの暇時間ありましたと思うた。 私は自分やスケートコミュニティで使用できるものに自分を適用したかったので、NASM-CPTプログラム（フィットネスと健康業界で最も尊敬されている）に登録することに決め、数えきれないほどの勉強とテストを受けた後、パーソナルトレーナー認定出来た。 スケートとフィットネスと健康への関心から、私はすでにかなりの知識を持っていましたが、私が知っている知識を確認するだけでなく、身体とそれがどのように機能するかについて非常に多くの新しいことを学ぶのは素晴らしいことでした。 誰もがパーソナルトレーニングはボディメイクだけだと思っていますが、それは間違いです。運動について学ぶだけでなく、筋肉の不均衡や、不均衡を修正して怪我を防ぐ方法についても多くを学びます。自分自身にこの情報を共有し、私が一緒に働くスケーターや、もちろんソーシャルメディアであなたと共有します！ 知識は力である！
