Love those lashes! Ginny is rocking them. Have you ever really looked at a lion’s face closely? Ever noticed the precisely painted white stripe below and to the side of the eye and wondered what its significance is? Next time you encounter an animal try to have a real good look at it and not just see the overall shape of what your brain tells you the animal looks like because you’ve seen it so many times and recognise the overall shape.
PS the white stripes are to reflect and available ambient light into the eye and onto the retina for better night vision.
