I have Tourette Syndrome. I taught myself to hide my tics from everyone and spent years being embarrassed by having this disorder. I no longer have to hide because I’ve learned that it is apart of who I am. Also I’ve learned that it’s important to surround yourself with positive people that support and will not judge you.
