Dear NARSissists,
Several days ago, we placed pause on our posts to connect with our community, including our Black colleagues, makeup artists and consumers. Here’s what we heard, loud and clear: WE MUST DO MORE.
To begin, we have made donations to @blklivesmatter and the @naacp_ldf, two organizations doing critical work to build power, bring justice and end systemic racism. We’ve also established an internal NARS Task Force, led by Black executives within the organization, with a focus on creating brand-specific initiatives to combat inequality and create further opportunities for the Black community, including artists, models and talent within our organization, at every level.

We’re inspired by you – your voices, your actions, your demands for accountability. We are committed to doing more.
