The @acluofmichigan stated in the Amicus Brief that they wrote for us in the first PPO, our "advocacy against declawing is entitled to the highest rung of First Amendment protection" and "the issuance of an injunction prohibiting speech is a clear violation of respondent’s right to free speech under the First Amendment." .
