Her story and the stories of so many others have absolutely broken my heart, but they are reflections of the unjust reality that Black Americans are living in. I have learned so much over the past week and promise to continue to educate myself and continue to be a louder advocate and ally. This movement is necessary, critical and an inspirational moment in history that is long overdue.
