I have had a painful shoulder since about last July but as this year was meant to be a very important year we have been managing the shoulder with physio, rehab and a couple of injections to keep me training, However unfortunately as the timeline has now changed after a recent scan last week it was confirmed that this was no longer going to be possible and surgery was now the only option to give me the best chance moving forwards 💪🏼 · · A difficult week but I have THE MOST amazing team around me and I feel so so lucky to have all the support I have ☺️ This is probably going to be one of the toughest rehab journeys so far but I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this shoulder back as soon as I can.
