The themes are Voice, Treaty and Truth, which come together to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander historic truths are told, voices are heard and that our First Nations have a rightful say in the way decisions are made and by whom within Australian Parliament. It was put to parliament in 2017 and was rejected.
