It has been 90 days now since my surgery. This is a big step forward! I’m really happy with my recovery treatment, with no pain which it’s the most important, and strengthening my leg as days go by. I keep working on it, while my meniscus and the cruciate ligaments follow the healing process. Time to compete is closer 💪🏻! I’M POSITIVE AND HAPPY!
