Please read her words, take them in, swipe through the pictures and most importantly - be a part of this love, support, share this post, change and donate. • With all of this terror going on at this time, Black folks are either: -Feeling far too heavy and weighed down to cook -Cannot get access to food due to uncertain and harsh curfews that prevent grocery shopping AND food deliveries -Are busy mobilizing and organizing in our communities and sometimes go without eating -Getting publicly executed by police -Grieving the loss of loved ones due to COVID & structural racism & /or so many more harsh realities. • Our #WeStillGottaEat Initiative will be offering FREE, chef-made, farm-fresh meals to Black people in LA in order to provide a sense of repreive, care, nourishment, and healing during this time. Each lovingly-made meal costs $10 - $20 each and $5 - $10 for delivery to service the entire LA metro area. All meals are made with locally-sourced, mostly-organic, high-quality ingredients to give our folks a sense of being lovingly cared for when everything else feels so harsh and uncertain.
