Last week I climbed one of the routes I‘ve dreamt about: La Résistance, 8c, an old @alexander_huberbuam testpiece at Schleier Wasserfall, established in 1993.

This route means a lot to me because I really wasn‘t sure if it would work out. I had only seen tall guys try it and the tricky part for me was the long, reachy shoulder move at the beginning of the route. Once I finally stuck this move from the ground I didn’t let go anymore!! The route consits of all the essentials: tough bouldery section, long moves on fairly good pockets where you get into the flow, vertical terrain, a good rest and a finishing slab where I just couldn’t stop smiling...
