2011. My freshman year of high school, I was 14 years old. Thanks to my good friend James for sending me this video memory today. The man playing the piano was my choral teacher Mr. Estberg - one of the kindest, most supportive, most genuine souls I ever knew. He dedicated his life to music, which he loved so dearly. Even more so, he nurtured us by showing us how to love music like he did. Thanks for always believing in me from the start, Mr. Estberg. I miss you all the time, and I wish with all my heart that you didn’t have to leave so soon.
