I thought I should share here what I’m watching, reading etc. instead of keeping them for myself, for those who are interested. I will highlight them in the LEARNING section above I just created, so when you feel like watching something you can come here and dig ❤️
So I watched again this “13th” documentary on Netflix from 2016 directed by Ava Duvernay. The film explores the prison system and the economic forces behind racism in America. It is titled after the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, adopted in 1865, which abolished slavery throughout the United States and ended involuntary servitude except as a punishment for conviction of a crime. It’s also in full version on YouTube.
