I have been fortunate enough to travel to India many times, and have captured the country from different angles. On this trip in 2018 I found out through my friend Moses Singh in Dehli, that in Nagaland there was a festival where all the communities from the area gathered to show their goods, traditions, dances and so much more. It was not an easy place to reach but I decided to go for it.  When documenting these communities one has to be prepared to drive for hours, but often the journey was so wonderful as the landscapes were breathtaking. Everything I saw was inspiring.  I was very lucky to also have access to the world of the Maharajas as well as all the communities in villages spread out across India.  Of course, I could not capture it all as beauty is everywhere. It was magical to document communities that do all they can to hang on to their traditions. In the world of today where most people tire of their customs, it is amazing to document those that treasure theirs. ⁣⁣

He tenido la suerte de viajar a India muchas veces y he capturado el país desde diferentes ángulos. En este viaje en 2018 descubrí a través de mi amigo Moses Singh, en Dehli, que en Nagaland había un festival donde todas las comunidades de la zona se reunían para mostrar sus productos, tradiciones, bailes y mucho más. No era un camino fácil, pero decidí ir. Al documentar estas comunidades uno tiene que estar preparado para conducir durante horas, pero el viaje fue maravilloso, los paisajes eran impresionantes. Todo lo que vi fue inspirador. Tuve mucha suerte de tener acceso también al mundo de los Maharajás, así como a diferentes comunidades en pueblos repartidos por toda la India. Por supuesto, no capturé todo ya que la belleza está en todas partes. Fue mágico documentar a las personas que hacen todo lo posible para mantener sus tradiciones. En el mundo de hoy, donde la mayoría de la gente se cansa de sus costumbres, es sorprendente documentar las que atesoran las suyas.⁣⁣
