FULL BODY FIRE UP 🔥 Try this bodyweight strength workout for a fun new challenge using some of my fav drills to stay strong at home! Do 3 rounds based off the below rep count:
1. Lateral to reverse lunge - 10 reps each leg (1 Lateral + 1 reverse = 1 rep. I like wearing socks so I really have to focus on my weight distribution and stability in my feet!)
2. Bear Hold to Tricep Pushup + shoulder taps - 10 reps (lower to knees for pushup if you need!)
3. Plié Front Squat - 10 reps. Place a book under your heels, squeeze heels together toes apart. Knees must track wide as you lower down.
4. Single Leg Sock Hamstring Curl - 10 reps each leg 😬🔥
5. Rotating Sock Climber - 10 reps (knees to each elbow = 1 rep)
