My heart aches 💔 when I see images like these and realized we haven’t progressed at all.
I just CAN NOT comprehend the hate towards people of a different skin color.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
My father is a black latino and my mom is a white latina (if that’s a way to describe them) I guess I grew up in household where the color of our skin didn’t matter.
And that’s where it starts. At home.
No one is born a racists. Babies don’t know what that is. That is taught at home. Maybe we should take a good look inside our homes, and ask ourselves what kind of human beings we want our kids to become.
