What I eat in a day.....
I’ve been debating over whether to post this or not but after the number of DMs I’ve received when I’ve shared recipes or meals on my page I thought this was the best way share more. Before you swipe through the pictures I want to clarify a few things:
• I am not trying to lose weight
• I am not trying to gain weight
• I do not count calories
• I do not count anything like macros/micros etc
• I don’t know how much I weigh
• I don’t know what you should eat so please don’t ask me. I’m not a nutritionist.
What I do know, is that when I get hungry. I eat. It’s really that simple. Coronavirus is out here affecting the entire world right now, you eating a slice of pizza really isn’t that bad when you compare the two 🤷🏽♀️
BREAKFAST: overnight oats with banana, blueberries & honey with a decaf oat milk latte
LUNCH: Seabass in garlic butter & lemon from @subrosafoods , bulgar wheat, cucumber, avocado, baby tomatoes
SNACK 1: mango and grapes
SNACK 2: decaf oat milk tea with chocolate hob nobs and a home made banana muffin
DINNER: spinach & paneer curry from @simplycookcom with basmati rice, naan bread and a glass of white wine
SNACK 3: four fizzy laces sweets and some mini reeses cups (not pictured because I forgot)

I also aim to drink as much water as I can throughout the day and sometimes have chamomile tea before going to bed.
