I haz bad dandruff in the past couple years from hormone imbalances , which was a result of unmanaged stress & other unknown mysterious forces that upset my system. it was a wake up call to chill the fuk out and practice self-care . As the gatekeeper of my temple I forbid the use of chemical body products , so instead of these toxic anti-dandruff shampoos , I make old-world hair mask out of plain yogurt, honey ,and lemon. It is so natural that even ur dog can lick it off ur scalp. Ummm. Anyway. hopefully homemade treatment works so that when humans can get touchy touchy again I’m not self conscious about snow-flaking on people 😑
