15 burpees
15 push ups
Run in place as fast you can for 30 sec
Hit the ground for 20 mountain climbers
Do all 3 sets
Finish with 30 crunches and grab a protein shake!
If you have weights and wanna go the extra mile before crunches. I grabbed my 20s laid on my mat and did 3 sets of chest press! ✨✨ (I’m just now seeing the apple on the ground that Forrest apparently was over after one bite 🤦♀️)
