It’s a pretty surreal experience to see my dad’s name on a gravestone at @arlingtonnatl - surrounded by many of the heroes we celebrate today. .
Memorial Day is a day in remembrance of those who lost their life serving this country. .
I was originally going to visit dad’s grave for the first time since they had his headstone put in, but that was going to be in April...and there was a slight global pandemic that has delayed that trip a bit. Big thanks to my friend @ハウィー・ケンドリック for taking this photo for me. 🇺🇸
