We want to provide FREE fitness programs for those affected by cancer and train fitness professionals in mental health support. We want to turn cancer survivors into CrossFit coaches. We want to provide a support system and structure for them to take control of their own lives. We will then have those new coaches pay it forward to create a sustainable model for the future. We want to be able to secure their future in fitness, health and wellbeing because they've already battled hard enough to simply HAVE A FUTURE. It costs £7,000 per program. To benefit a local community, train 1 Level 1 CrossFit coach, and coach 15 cancer survivors for 1 year. Through all of this Covid-19 stress and anxiety, we promised to never forget about our cancer survivors and Battlers. They have taught us so much about strength and positive mental attitude as well as loss and love. We owe them.
