Thanks for all your comments about this fantastic exercise. Here the routine I do around 4-5 times a week, adding one Rep to Set every 2 weeks. If you want to give it a try, you could start from 1 or 2 reps and build it up. Hope you enjoy it. Let me know how it goes after a couple of weeks, you'll see the improvement very soon.
