To move and to live without an agenda
Listening to your body, your mind, your intuition
Normally thinking how to do things most efficiently, getting to end result the quickest way
Today instead I’m taking my time
Not counting
Not timing
Moving to my own rhythm with no agenda or plan
No idea for end result or where I’m going
Just moving to move, doing what feels right
Slow or fast
Long or short
Taking breaks to breathe and just sit
Letting thoughts running through my mind freely
Letting go of control
Letting go of my own restrictions and rules
Letting me be for just a moment
