福原かれんさんのインスタグラム写真 - (福原かれんInstagram)「When I was first asked to play Glimmer on SHE-RA, I had no idea what Noelle had in mind. It had been one of my childhood dreams to voice an animation, so being one of the central characters on a show that was already loved by many was enough to say HELL YES! to the job. On my first day, I immediately felt at home. @maryelizabethmcglynn, our director, and @gingerhazing have incredible chemistry while we record - they exude warm, positive energy through and through. They’re with you in the booth, ever so present, moment to moment, laughing, crying, making jokes, guiding you gently. Towards the end of our records when Shane sat next to Noelle, I LIVED for their reaction on Glimmer moments. I could tell that so much thought was put into my character’s growth. It was their baby! (& mine haha). She-Ra allowed me to be comfortably creative…& I know that was a privileged space that Noelle and her team cultivated. I felt safe to create, to make bolder choices, to play. Any time I got to record with the cast, I was giddy like a kid in a candy store - listening to the pages literally come to life.
