This natural hair journey has been much harder than I originally anticipated but so WORTH IT! In retrospect, I felt like I had to cut it off so I could finally look at it. I was hiding behind the length of my hair and frequently stuffing it under a wig because I wasn’t ready to accept the reality of my hair. I still am going to rock my wigs considering how much I paid for them don’t get it twisted 🤪🤣 but this is the first time in my life that I have given my hair the proper care and attention it deserved all along! Crazy how things begin to transform when you decide to take care of YOU 💫
