TONIGHT AT 6!! Sweet, salty, spicy and crispy ground pork. This is an easy to prepare dish with pantry staples! Took inspiration from a vietnamese dish I used to love ordering from Pho Hoa - their version has a crispy element on top (idk what its called, help) and you wrap the pork up in lettuce. 🤪
