What’s better than being in the outdoors and sending an amazing cave boulder? Doing that, and then watching @nataliaclimbs send after saying the boulder was “too hard for her”. Climbing is such a mental battle sometimes, for me this boulder didn’t feel too hard, because the power endurance style fit me well. While I’ve had my fair share of moments thinking a boulder is too hard for me. The boulders that are “too hard” for us are the ones that make us stronger. Slowly I’m learning to believe in myself even when it feels impossible, sometimes the extra push you need to believe in yourself is a friend saying they believe in you. I was able to be that friend that helped Natalia believe in herself on this boulder, but I can’t count how many times she has believed in me when I didn’t. Here’s to believing in ourselves 🥂
