I’m blown away by the dedication of Chantal Senecal to her community in Moncton. Her work keeps over 60 food banks up and running and serving thousands in the community every month. Chantal told me she’s seen a huge rise in usage of food banks over the last few months and has had to work fast and hard to adapt – even creating partnerships with local farmers to keep food on shelves.
