A question I get ALOTis if I am still
taking any supplements while pregnant.
I am NOT a doctor and you should talk to a professional about what works for you.
Currently I am using these supplements from FoodSpring to compliment a well rounded diet with meats (well cooked) vegetables and rice and whole grain products -
💥1. Whey protein - about once a day
💥2. Recovery aminos - about once a day
💥3. Fish oil - Every morning
💥4. Greens mix - Most mornings
5. Sometimes creatine
I added the following to my supplement regime after getting pregnant:
💥Folic acid - Every night
I took out completely:
Pre workout ❌
I don’t drink coffee either but that’s also because I have never liked the flavor of coffee 🤷♀️ so no caffeine for this lady.
Long story short, figure out what works for you and what you need to keep you and your baby at your BEST!
Read labels - the protein I am using is from grass fed cows in New Zealand and do not have any artificial sweeteners or bunch of additives which a lot of products do.
The BCAAs are from vegetables sources and also contains no artificial additives and sweeteners.
