Home workouts are the name of the game these days but while the weather is pleasant we thought we would make the most of it and exercise in the park!

We did 10 different exercises for 60 seconds (3 rounds of each) and finished with some running to really wear us out!

-Squat 180 jumps
-Commandos
-Burpees
-Lunge with rotation (ball)
-Ball slams side to side (10lbs)
-Push ups
-Mountain Climbers
-Short run and star jumps
-Sit up ball throws
-Ball throws (golf stance) left and right

I hope you are all staying safe and healthy. Get outside and break a sweat!
