When we give love to ourselves, we eat better choices, we stress less (which produces oil) we accept ourselves and our flaws fully. I’m not perfect but I love myself enough to take this video and share with you all, Unfiltered. It’s taken me a long time to love myself. It’s not something that happens overnight. You have to give to yourself like you would give to anyone you love. I hope today you wake up and know you’re enough just as you are and maybe try saying I love you. It works!!
