tomatoes, peaches, pineapple, melon, corn, mango, cherries, grapes, jicama, bell peppers
Onions
1/3 cup
diced shallots or yellow, white, red, green onions
Leafy Herbs
2 tablespoons
cilantro, mint, parsley, basil
Acid
2 tablespoons
lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit juices; balsamic, sherry or apple cider vinegars
Heat
2 teaspoons
chopped fresh jalapeño, serrano or Anaheim peppers, or dried chile flakes
Extras
