It’s almost summer and I’m sure everyone’s ready to get back into golfing shape! As an #ATTAthlete, it’s been amazing to see @ATT supporting virtual learning businesses in the wake of #COVID19. In the spirit of that initiative, sharing a few of the ways I’ve been warming-up at home:
1. Stretch! If don’t have weights to stay activated and mobile, use a foam roller, stretching activations, or any kind of resistance bands and a mat.
2. Focus on putting, working on stroke path and start-line. At home I use poker chips as barriers, and the ball has to start through the last two sets of poker chips.
3. Lastly, remember ball position and alignment. I use an alignment stick to align feet at target but also pointed for ball position.
Don’t overthink it… just focus on getting back to basics!
