a couple of Wednesday things:

1. a new vlog just went up with truths you shouldn’t be hard on yourself for during quarantine (like clothes fitting a bit more snug or the amount of things you’re accomplishing right now)

2. I never really mentioned it, but I completed my YTT training a few weeks ago and have been working on a Koze Flow program so we can all get bendy together super soon ✨

3. I recently heard the term “if your ‘why’ ends with you, it isn’t big enough” and that phrase alone has gassed my motivation tank in a time when it feels like bad news keeps hitting far too much and too close to home. Resisting the urge to slip into an untrust/lack mentality when you feel the world challenging you comes from remembering we’re all in this together, with each other and are at our best when we care and look out for one another.
If you make your purpose for the things you show up for be about anyone but yourself, isolation becomes only a physical barrier and not a mental or spiritual one.
