Kids should not have to sit on the bench game after game and no kid should be rejected. Everyone should be on the pitch and play - cause that’s when we will all be Winners. Because the feeling of not belonging and not getting the chance to play doesn’t stop outside the pitch, it follows and affects a lot of the kids their entire lives. And not just the kids, but also in the long term the Swedish society and Swedish football.
