(Sorry about my dog in the video haha). Saw my arms in the mirror the other week and was like 😩, so I’ve made it my mission to get strong, toned arms again via my various postpartum yoga workouts that I’ve been doing at home. I do these because one, they help prevent me from getting postpartum depression, and two, my postpartum workouts have slowly been rebuilding my muscle tone and strength in my pelvis and back. Since giving birth, it’s taken me so long to learn how to pull my core in again let alone do a basic yoga push up. It was like my mind would say, “PULL CORE IN" , yet my core just didn’t respond. Did anyone else lose their muscle talk? Anyway, it’s been a steady road to recovery and I’m so glad I let my body heal. Here’s to yoga’s healing benefits!
